As part of our efforts to create social value and implement sustainable management, we established an anti-corruption management system based on the existing ethical management system and obtained ISO 37001 certification on anti-corruption management systems on April 24, 2020.

The audit committee is established as the highest decision-making body in line with the company's internal control policy and ethical management system. By assigning the department responsible for practical work as the audit group, the company maintains corruption prevention regulations and systems, provides corruption prevention training, operates related reporting systems, and conducts regular inspections and corrective measures. We will continue to strengthen the anti-corruption management system.
