Policy
SK gas aims for a happy, high-performing organization, and has the belief that 'the happiness of its members will lead to immersion and ultimately lead to performance.' In addition, since 'work-life balance' is an important foundation for employee happiness, we want to support it in various ways. In particular, we are focusing on two important aspects of work-life balance: ① family support system and ② flexible working hours. Through this, we strive to create a virtuous cycle of work immersion based on this sense of stability while at the same time pursuing a happy life with our members. In addition, we quantitatively measure satisfaction with work-life balance through the annual culture survey and reflect it for our improvement.

Family support system |
- ▪ Encourage maternity leave/parental leave/reduction of working hours during childrearing
- - In accordance with relevant legal standards, we support employees to take vacation/leave/reduction of working hours for childbirth and childcare.
- ▪ Daycare center at work assistance (from 2020)
- - The company incurs the cost when using an affiliated daycare center near the company so that employees who are raising child can work while feeling rest assured.
- ▪ Financial aid for child support
- - For undergraduate programs converted to free education, admission fee is provided, and the company supports the cost of higher education for children regardless of the number of children.
- ▪ Family health support
- - We support not only our members but also the spouses’ (if applicable) medical screening, and provide annual flu vaccinations and medical expenses for member/spouse's immediate family members.

Flexible work (Time/venue) |
- ▪ Implement selective hour/flexible work system
- - We operate a selective working hour system that allows employees to autonomously plan/execute their working hours within the monthly working hours limit so that they can proactively select and immerse themselves during working hours. (Use of flexible working hours according to job group)
- ▪ Off-site distributed work (telecommuting) (from 2020)
- - We operate a distributed work system outside of the company that can flexibly respond to preventing infectious diseases, as well as childcare while working.
- ▪ Mobile Office (from Aug 2021)
- - Although the head office is located in Pangyo, we are operating a mobile office for the convenience of members working in Gangbuk.

We measure work-life balance satisfaction through culture survey for all employees.

- Every year, we collect opinions for work-life balance through analysis of satisfaction measurement results and communication activities with members (happiness dialogue, management council, etc.), and we continuously improve the system.
