SK gas aims for a happy, high-performing organization, and has the belief that 'the happiness of its members will lead to immersion and ultimately lead to performance.' In addition, since 'work-life balance' is an important foundation for employee happiness, we want to support it in various ways. In particular, we are focusing on two important aspects of work-life balance: ① family support system and ② flexible working hours. Through this, we strive to create a virtuous cycle of work immersion based on this sense of stability while at the same time pursuing a happy life with our members. In addition, we quantitatively measure satisfaction with work-life balance through the annual culture survey and reflect it for our improvement.
