SK gas uses SKMS as the basis of corporate management to create value for various stakeholders such as customers, employees, shareholders, and business partners, thereby playing a key role in social and economic development, and further contributing to the happiness of mankind.
To this end, we enacted the code of ethics and the corruption prevention management system, which we use as the basis for decision making and behavior in all business activities.

Ethical management and corruption prevention is sustainable management considering that a company not only fulfills its economic, legal, and ethical responsibilities in carrying out all business activities, but also enables and reflects its role as a member of society in the corporate action area and decision-making.

SK gas aims for a fair and transparent society free from corruption and has set its ethical management  anti-corruption goal to ‘Zero’ in the number of cases of corruption and bribery based on criminal punishment.

As of 2021, the number of cases of corruption and bribery was ‘0’, recording ‘0’ for four consecutive years, and we are striving to achieve ‘0’ every year in the future.

To achieve this, we will maintain the ISO 37001 anti-corruption management system certification acquired in 2020 every year, and also continue to upgrade related systems and education by further supplementing them.

To create a corruption-free and ethical company, all members of the company need a consensus that ‘decision-making based on corruption poses a great threat to the company and society in a business environment where various interests conflict’.

As such, we provide education on ethics management and anti-corruption to all executives and employees including subsidiaries, contract and sub-contract workers, and we plan to expand this to outside directors in the future.
