In order to achieve the management goals of the company, SK gas regularly evaluates the performance, ability, work attitude and etc. of the members, and stimulates motivation of the members by providing monetary/non-monetary incentives. Above all, the company cultivates the workforce by supporting the efforts of members to develop themselves and arranges timely transfers and promotions based on the suitability to current jobs, capabilities and etc. that are assessed through regular evaluations.
