CEO's declaration of voluntary compliance with fair trade practices

Dear Colleagues,

SK gas has played a pivotal role in the domestic energy industry since its foundation in 1985. It has continuously diversified its business and is striving to transform itself into one of the world's best eco energy total solution providers. by establishing various overseas networks.

To meet the growing expectations of society, we have also made every effort to fulfill our social responsibilities, including compliance with fair trade practices.

This year, SK gas is publishing a sustainability report, and taking this opportunity, we will strengthen the Fair Trade Self-compliance program, which was introduced in 2002, to be in line with the changing spirit of the times. We look forward to actively responding to the needs of our stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, and business partners.

As the CEO of SK gas, I wish to declare my commitment to self-compliance with fair trade practices to establish our belief in the pursuit of social values. Therefore, I would like to make a few remarks to the employees of SK gas.

First of all, all employees should be aware of and strictly adhere to the laws regarding fair trade. In particular, transactions pertaining to those with affiliates or business partners must comply with the relevant laws and regulations through more stringent preliminary review procedures. This point cannot be emphasized enough.

In addition, please familiarize yourselves with the company's Fair Trade Self-compliance Management Regulations, which provide employee guidelines and standards, and the specific precautions to be taken in order to comply with the Fair Trade Act, to ensure prevention of any violation of fair trade laws that may occur when performing your duties.

Lastly, I would like to ask you to actively participate in the fair trade training sessions provided by the company. I sincerely hope that your efforts to comply with fair trade laws will serve as an example in the industry and contribute to the implementation of transparent and fair trade practices.

As the CEO representing the company, I will make sure that you are provided with enterprise-wide support and help you fulfill your responsibilities and roles for self-compliance and enhancement of social value.
