Ships are one of the most important components in LPG trading. A special type of ship called a gas carrier is required to transport LPG by sea. Gas carriers can be grouped into VLGC's (Very Large Gas Carriers), LGC's (Large Gas Carriers), MGC's (Medium Gas Carriers) and handy sized carriers.
